I am Adriana Kukuwaa Adu, Chef and owner of Kuuks Pizza—an FDA-approved food establishment in Ghana operating for over five years. When I moved to the United States to pursue my PhD, I found myself missing home: the flavors, the community, the connection that food brings.
What started as sharing photos of my cooking on social media became something more. Friends and community members abroad saw my dishes and asked: "Can you make this for us?" Their requests came from a genuine place—a longing for authentic Ghanaian flavors they couldn't find here.
So I began preparing weekly batches, using the same standards and techniques from my restaurant in Ghana. Each dish is made with ingredients sourced fresh, prepared with care, and shared with people who understand that food is more than sustenance—it's memory, it's home, it's connection.
FDA-APPROVED OPERATIONS
All meals prepared following FDA-approved food safety standards from my certified kitchen in Ghana.
"Food connects us to home, to memory, to each other. That's what I'm sharing—one batch at a time."
